WSU Vancouver Chancellor Hal Dengerink Resigns
Hal Dengerink, only the chancellor of Washington State University Vancouver branch campus has had since 1989, resigned from his position at WSU President Elson S. Floyd announced late Tuesday.

The resignation is effective Aug. 15

The campus wide e-mail, said Floyd Dengerink chair "is a visionary, and his assessment of the sound," and called for a permanent tribute to the efforts Dengerink WSUV.

Floyd said he would assemble a search committee to find a successor.
