WonderCon this year, held in San Francisco at the Moscone Center had a record year, with nearly 49,000 participants. It's a big jump over last year, when 39,501 people attended. This compares favorably with the scene that the Comic-Con was 10 years ago, when the crowd was not as headache. But here is a word that in 2012, the Moscone Center will receive three months of renovations - at the same time as Wonder Con is held. The agreement can not take a sabbatical - technically, it could, but would lose his big moment - so the organizers are exploring their options.
