dinner idea: Chicken Enchiladas
1 (10 ¾ oz) cans cream of chicken soup
1 (4 oz) green chilies, drained
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 cup sour cream
4 oz taco seasoning (half of the 8-ounce package)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
6-8 flour tortillas, 6-8 inches each
1 / 4 cup milk
1 1 / 4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 (10 ¾ oz) cans cream of chicken soup
1 (4 oz) green chilies, drained

1 cup sour cream
4 oz taco seasoning (half of the 8-ounce package)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
6-8 flour tortillas, 6-8 inches each
1 / 4 cup milk
1 1 / 4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Mix 3 / 4 tablespoons canned chili, chicken, sour cream, taco seasoning and mozzarella. Spread mixture on tortillas, roll and place in an ovenproof dish. Combine soup and remaining milk and pour evenly on top of the dish. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over all. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Can be frozen and cooked later. Makes 4-6 servings.
